Most designs start with a 2D plans. A site plan is used to position the building on the lot. The foundation plan determines the building footers. The floor plans provide representations of the walls. Elevation plans provide a 3D representation of the finished building.
As-Built plans represent the development of architectural documents to for an existing structure. Based on a site-visit and data available from existing sources, we develop architectural documents.
Fabrication plans represent the HAVC, electrical and plumbing components of a building. We work the building contractor and subcontractors to coordinate building plans with the fabrication plans.
All of our plans are created in AutoCAD to the industry standard DWG file format. We convert PDFs, blueprints, hand drawings, and scanned documents to CAD files.
Once we finalize the CAD documents, we work with a local engineering firm to review and stamp the plans. The stamped plans are then used to acquire building permits.
