Our initial consultation is free. We'll discuss the project, timelines, builders, our history with similar projects and our qualifications for your project. An estimate for the cost of your project is provided based on our meeting and the requirements established during our meeting.

Design Reviews
The design process includes multiple iterations of concepts and designs until an approved design is finalized. A typical project requires multiple plans: Survey with Topographic, Drainage/Elevation, Site, Foundation, Floor, Framing, Elevation, and Roof Trusses.

Once all of the design plans are complete an engineer will review and stamp the plans for permitting. An energy calculation plan may be needed based on your project.
